What is life coaching?

The coaching philosophy I use is called “causal coaching.”
Life coaching is not about treating the symptoms of pain or shortcomings—it is about finding the root cause of each symptom, understanding it, and then helping to change it to make room for new seeds of success and fulfillment.

What if coaching doesn't work for me?

The only way coaching doesn’t work is if you believe it won’t work. If you show up and do the work, you will experience shifts in your life; some big, some small. I invite you to have an open mind about what your expectations look like and be willing to go with the flow of your journey as you uncover details about yourself and create new beliefs through the thought work process.

What if I can't make it to a scheduled appointment?

Even if you're feeling overwhelmed or dissatisfied with certain aspects of your life, my coaching program can help you find clarity, overcome obstacles, and achieve your goals. While it's beneficial to show up to sessions when you're able, I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you're unable to attend a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we can always reschedule. Ultimately, the most important thing is that you feel empowered to take control of your life and make meaningful progress towards your dreams.
